"Casa Mandala Holistic Center CMHC was born as a result of a personal journey I was going through. I was facing one of those moments in life when things seem difficult, and it's a challenge to stay on your feet. Therefore, I did what I always advise my patients to do: seek help, take time for yourself, pause a little from the rush of life, connect with yourself, with your deepest emotions, and why not, to pamper yourself.
During this process, while I was working on myself, undergoing psychological therapy, meditating, and pampering myself with relaxation massages, the idea emerged in me of how wonderful it would be to find a space where you could go and have all of this in one place, where all parts of my being could be taken care of: Mind-Body-Spirit.
One day, during this journey, I participated in a personal/spiritual growth workshop called “Apasiónate” (11/13/21), during which, in the middle of a meditation, I received a very clear message showing me what that place would be like where the whole being would be attended to—a place of holistic healing that was my calling to create. Since then, that idea settled in my mind and heart, and 3 years later, the idea materialized, giving rise to CMHC.
I realized that I could offer my patients a more complete and integral service, while also fulfilling the dream of my soul, in which I could find fulfillment not only as a professional but also as a human being, and share that beautiful space with others who were carrying the same intention of helping others become and feel better.
